Mishtann Foods Limited (formerly known as HICS Cements Limited) was incorporated as Private Limited Company in the name of HICS Cements Private Limited) on 27th February, 1981 and subsequently converted as Public Limited Company on 21st October, 1994. Name of the Company was changed from HICS Cements Limited to Mishtann Foods Limited on 19th February, 2015. The Company has changed its main object from manufacturing of cements to manufacturing and process of all kind of foods, spices, agriculture produces, commodities, products, items, goods, crops, trees, plants, leaves, herbs, grains, food grains, cereals, pulses, spices, flours, rice, wheat, ground nuts, seed, agro seeds, soyabeans, castors, mustard, maize, Bajara, cotton, sesame, sesame seeds, oilseeds, edible oils, flowers, vegetables and food products. The name was changed to make it sound broader base and convey the impression of well diversified finance company.
